Welcome to the High Hills Closed University, my dear students! I’m pleased to see you here. Now it’s summer holidays so everybody are doing nothing. But soon autumn will come and lessons will continue.
On this point I really need help in development, design and advertisment of the role and if there are anybody willing to help - write me here or in ICQ, I'll be really grateful.

General rules
1. We are pleased to see you here, but not to abuse our hospitality
2. We do not call a specific number of rows in the post, but keep in mind that as long in one phrase, and sentence  are not accepted
3. Everyone has their own opinion, please remember this and do not enter into open conflict, especially for naught
4. Bad language use is permitted, but only in alleviating form, and as little as possible. People in the university age rarely speak Shakespeare English among themselves
5. Please, do not use Internet language! You don't have to write phrases length of seven lines on a clean British English, but don't use slang. And also try not to write  like you are in the third grade. Everyone is interested in reading detailed and informative posts
6. Sex is allowed, but there is no need to open violence and pornography
7. You can play for two or more characters, but before this, you must obtain permission from the chief administrator
8. In the game you must write only in English! In the flood you are allowed write even on Chinese, if you know it
9. Only admin can write in different colors. Also prohibited to change the color, size, style, font and layout of text on the page
10. Guests can write only in special themes

Registration
1. Registering on the forum, the user agrees to comply with all rules
2. You can give any name of your character, but it must be consistent with the themes of role. Canonical characters are forbidden. Your nickname on the role must include the name and the surname of your character, written in English
3. The Administrator has the right to modify or even delete the name of your character, if it contains abusive language, insults to other players or is too similar to any other name that already exists on the role
4. If you do not play actively enough, your account can be deleted
5. Show respect for the newcomers. Rather than chase them, lend them helping hand
6. Do not write anywhere, except for flood, before your application form will be accepted. If you have not taken within three days, you have every right to remind the administrator about this, but in the correct form. We are also people, after all
7. Plagiarists, beware
8. If the administrator has no enough time, and your profile is still not accepted, you can calmly ask the admin to take you on ICQ or e-mail. In an extreme case, if I can not appear in the roles, I give responsibility to take a questionnaire to the chief moderator and any further questions you can tell him
9. If you won't write a form in three days after registrations, I have a right to delete your account

Publication of reports
1. Title should be precise to the content
2. Don't create useless locations, subjects and reports, everybody will get tired in deliting them
3. Try not to do grammar, spelling and punctuation errors in the text

ADMINISTRATION

Administrator must:
1. Follow the order in the forum
2. Monitor the activities of the moderators
3. Help players
4. Listen to advices
5. Actively participate in the forum's life
6. Advertise forum
7. To be fair and decent

Administrator must not:
1. Forget about forum
2. Dump the responsibility on other people
3. Stall at the players and moderators
4. Show open dislike of anyone of the players or the moderators
5. Be rude
6. Broke the rules
7. Put themselves above the players and moderators

MODERATION

Moderator must:
1. Listen to administrator and help him
2. Help players
3. Actively participate in the forum's life
4. Advertise forum
5. Follow the order in the forum

Moderator must not:
1. Forget about forum
2. Stall at the players
3. Show open dislike to anyone of the players
4. Be rude
5. Break the rules
